What this is

Tunghlwm is a small, personal collection of browser games, shared with friends. It's run as a hobby rather than a business, and it's provided as it is — there's no company behind it, no support team, and no guarantee of anything.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Everything here can be played without one.

If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. Sign-in is handled entirely by Google, so their terms and privacy policy apply to that part as well. You need to be old enough to hold a Google account.

Things you post

If you leave a rating, a comment or a bug report, it stays yours — you're simply giving permission for it to be shown on the site.

Don't post anything abusive, hateful, unlawful, deliberately misleading, or spammy, and don't post other people's private information. Anything that breaks these rules may be removed, and accounts that keep breaking them may be closed. What the site collects is covered in the privacy policy.

The games

The games are made by me and by friends, usually as small projects built in a weekend or two. Some are finished, some are experiments, and some will change or stop working. Progress or settings a game saves lives in your browser — clearing your browser data will clear it.

Games linked from elsewhere run on their own sites, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability

The site may change, break, or eventually go away. Hopefully none of those happen soon, but nothing here promises it will always be available.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like from your account page. I can remove content, or close accounts, that break these rules.

Liability

The site and the games are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for anything arising from your use of the site — including anything lost, or anything a game does. Nothing here is intended to limit rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
